Hello Flashbots Community!

I’m reaching out to all of you seeking assistance with a situation I encountered in my Metamask account. After doing some digging and talking to others, I was directed to this incredible community as the go-to place for such matters, and I’m stoked to join all of you in the hopes that someone can help me out.

The issue at hand revolves around a sweeping bot that has taken over my Metamask account. It completely drained whatever little was left from my involvement with Drip Network, and now it’s just sitting there, leaving me helpless. Honestly, I don’t care about what it took, but I’m more concerned about the connection with DRIP and whether I’ll be able to salvage anything. The platform seems to be going down the drain, but I had put all I had into it, hoping that someday I could recover at least some of my investment. To my dismay, this bot came in and wrecked everything, even though it’s now just a shattered dream. I believe I had every right to stay invested until the very end, considering all the funds I put into that project. I don’t have much knowledge about cryptography, but I hope someone within this community of experts has the know-how and experience to guide me through this ordeal.

I’ve heard incredible things about the Flashbots community and the collective wisdom that resides here. Your reputation for being supportive, resourceful, and kind-hearted is what drew me here in the first place. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to reach out to such an esteemed group of individuals who are passionate about blockchain technology and willing to lend a helping hand.

If anyone has any tips, suggestions, or recommendations on how I can resolve this issue and reclaim what’s rightfully mine, I would be incredibly thankful. I understand that your time is valuable, and I greatly appreciate any assistance or insights you can provide.

I have been working mostly in ZK Projects related to Cross chain Bridging and Rollups using STARK and SNARK algorithms but lately my interest and work is focused into MPC and Threshold Decryption related areas where MEV attacks can be prevented especially the front running issues in a blockchain.

Gm, I’m Kent Philly. I’m a web3 analyst who has run solo nodes and now runs Rocket Pool nodes. I’m interested in supporting credibility neutral Ethereum with upgrades to MEV with encryption and/or PBS.

I am the founder of StakeRocketPool.xyz and EthereumStakingGuide.com, focusing on onboarding university students and non-traditional crypto investors to learn to stake ETH through self-custody and decentralization providers.

I am not actively working on any MEV projects and I have and or do use Flashbots for my nodes. I hope to support with community development, hosting of debates, and/or helping to connect new talent to the MEV challenges and opportunities today.

I have been in the blockchain space since 2015 mainly focusing on how to reconcile transparency and privacy on several projects as a research engineer. I then worked with the Besu client team in preparation for the Merge and I am now pursuing my journey at Blocknative as PM.

I am intrigued by the MEV supply chain, specifically its associated incentives and games. I am curious to observe post Merge how some new roles have emerged and what it means in terms of security and decentralization for Ethereum.

I am currently contributing with the DOWG on the Data Transparency effort (ping me to join the convo).

My favorite robot is the sweet Weebo from the movie Flubber with Robin Williams.

Hi everybody, I’m Valentin, or Val for short :wave:
I’m a financial engineer by craft, I worked ~2 years as a C++ quant developer in HFT and have been working in mechanism design for DeFi / NFT Finance protocols for the past year.

I have been in the Ethereum ecosystem since 2017 (many crypto winters ago).

I am particularly interested in all market design and microstructure topics applied to the MEV supply chain problems.
I am also well-versed in NFTs, and their culture, from generative art to PFPs. I also like Trading Card Games (TCG) and am overall excited by tokenization of Real World Assets (RWA).

I created mev.fyi for MEV enjoyers to contribute and fetch back content (research papers, blog, articles, YouTube videos, podcasts, Twitter threads […]) since I could not find a single location for everything MEV, which made onboarding to the ecosystem more challenging. We already have collaborators to whom I am deeply thankful.

My favorite robot is Clank, from Ratchet & Clank

I love to learn about mechanism incentive design and cool intents technology like SUAVE. I am a programmer at heart: first TI-83, then Python, then Go (yuck), now :crab:.

I fell down the rabbit hole recently : it was the MEVconomics.wtf conference that got me enthusiastic about MEV.

I’m particularly interested in MEV Research. The way it combines game theory, computer science, economics & more is fascinating, and all the progress made in MEV will be forever useful for blockchains and beyond

To be fair, I am completely new to the MEV space and don’t know how to code. But I’m always keen to learn, and I’m starting to write summaries to keep up (like the MEV Workshop summary, for example).

In my spare time, I love diving into Uniswap related smart contracts and I recently started jumping into SUAVE. My working in the coming months will be related to cross-chain swaps and eliminating MEV concerns for Arena.
