The MEV Letter is a weekly collection of papers, articles and resources related to MEV. The intention of this letter is to provide a comprehensive summary of the latest research, discussions, and developments in the space, with links for further reading.

- RANDAO Breaks at L*: A Post-Quantum VRF for Ethereum by Aria Naraghi proposes a replacement for Ethereum’s BLS-based randomness with a hash-based post-quantum VRF to make RANDAO quantum-resistant.
- Concave is the New Linear: The Impossibility of Anti-Plutocratic DAO Governance by Austin Bennett, Preston Vander Vos, Duc V. Le, and Mira Belenkiy analyzes how anti-plutocratic DAO voting rules such as Quadratic Voting can be manipulated by Sybil attacks.
