Context
Currently there are exclusive deals between searchers and builders where some searchers get access to the pending state of builder’s blocks in order to arb it at the bottom of the block. This is centralizing and violates users’ privacy guarantees.
We can make an open and decentralized version of this on SUAVE by allowing searchers to deploy their bots in kettles where they have access to pending blocks from builders. If any arbs are available then an arb tx is generated and appended to the relevant block.
Then we can proceed as usual (e.g. by sending the block to a relay).
