Currently, the Relay API Spec is hosted on Notion. I think it would be a good idea to put these specs on GitHub, in a new repository under flashbots, preferably: flashbots/relay-specs. This repository should be organized similar to the builder-specs and it should contain all things relevant to the relay that are not already defined in the builder-specs.
It may be easier to write on Notion, but GitHub is a more open/collaborative platform.
- Easier for others to contribute.
- The ability to subscribe to releases.
- A more consistent experience for implementers.
