I’d like to add one more topic to discuss: block cancellations (i.e. builders overwriting higher-value submissions with later lower-value submissions).

In particular, that they are generally incompatible with two-slot in-protocol PBS designs, being incentive incompatible, and are strongly detrimental to relay performance (since every single submission needs to be validated), among further issues with them.
