@bhaki: I see you repeatedly telling people their questions need more context. I suggest you to write a page like this: How do I ask a good question? - Help Center - Ask Ubuntu
to explain what is a good question. We can put it in the template in discourse, so they read it before posting. And when they fail to ask a good question, you link to that page consistently. That way support will improve and be more enjoyable.
