First pure Rust qvl supports both SGX and TDX quote verification

Intel has provided the DCAP verification C++ libraries, but it even couldn’t be compiled. Another one they provided is a pure Python/Rust attestation client, lack of maintenance. So we implemented the Rust crate called dcap-qvl

dcap-qvl

This crate implements the quote verification logic for DCAP (Data Center Attestation Primitives) v5 in pure Rust. It supports both SGX (Software Guard Extensions) and TDX (Trust Domain Extensions) quotes.
