Block consumer URL is empty. Built block data reporting is essentially disabled

I am getting the above WARN, when I start the flashbots block builder. I am running the latest image of the flashbots builder and lighthouse as the consensus client. Why I am getting this warning ? Am I missing any required parameter? Thanks
