# Relay Specs on GitHub

Currently, the [Relay API Spec is hosted on Notion](https://flashbots.notion.site/Relay-API-Spec-5fb0819366954962bc02e81cb33840f5#38a21c8a40e64970904500eb7b373ea5). I think it would be a good idea to put these specs on GitHub, in a new repository under flashbots, preferably: `flashbots/relay-specs`. This repository should be organized similar to the [builder-specs](https://github.com/ethereum/builder-specs) and it should contain all things relevant to the relay that are not already defined in the builder-specs.
It may be easier to write on Notion, but GitHub is a more open/collaborative platform.
- Easier for others to contribute.
- The ability to subscribe to releases.
- A more consistent experience for implementers.
